She is an author of a health prevention book called “THINK EAT LIVE SMART”which is endorsed by many celebrities including Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonu Soon, Virender Sehwag, Babita Phogat.
She has also trained in Bio Identical Hormones with Dr. Neal Rouzier. She has been practicing in India for last 9 years upon her moving back from USA. Her expertise includes management of patients with Obesity, with or without complex medical issues like Thyroid disorders, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Cardiovascular Heart disease, PCOD, Obesity.
She has many patients including lot of celebrities, politicians and industrialists. She is also the founder of the mobile app “livenutrifit” on android and ios which is a lifestyle modification and diabetes prevention coach based app.
She has helped design nutraceuticals as a part of a weight loss/longevity regime in daily life.
She is currently the director at Livenutrifit (Center for Obesity and Longevity) New Delhi.
